Are there quotas with Thirty-One?
No, consultants do not have monthly quotas to meet. The only requirement to remain an active consultant is to submit a minimum of just $200 in personal sales volume every THREE months. That's just one party, or about three average orders. If you DO ever happen to go inactive, it is easy to reactivate with the click of a button as long as it's within six months of your inactive date.
How do I earn my paycheck?
The BEST way to get paid is to party!! You and your hostess can party MANY different ways - find what works best for you both for the perfect combination. There's the traditional home party, a 'party to go' at any location of your choice (coffee shop, park, ballfield, restaurant, etc.) a catalog/book party, and my personal FAV, the online pajama party! You can also earn commission off ANY type of order - whether at a party, or placed as regular retail on your website or through your virtual office. AND as a NEW consultant you can earn HUNDREDS in FREE product and FREE CREDIT with our amazing AMP Jumpstart program!
How much does the Thirty-One enrollment kit cost?
Our Thirty-One Kits come in three price point options so you can pick the kit that best fits your needs: a $59 Kit, a $99 Kit, and a $179 Kit. All kits are about triple the cost in value and come stocked with the top sellers of the season, all your business supply essentials, and you can customize the prints and personalization to curate a kit you truly love. No inventory, no obligations to purchase more product. Whoa.
How much do you make with Thirty-One?
That's up to you. YOU determine your paycheck! YOU decide how often you want to promote, sell, and party. YOU are your own boss, make your own hours, and work when it is best for YOU! Thirty-One consultants earn 25% - 35% commission on the product they sell. If you choose to grow with the company the earning potential grows with you. Thirty-One also offers many incentives to earn FREE products and business supplies to help grow your business without it having to come out of your pocket. How cool is that???

That's right, there are no penalties and you can choose to end your involvement with Thirty-One at any time, or continue to reactivate (within a 6 month timeframe) when you wish to place an order or jump back into your business. It's truly a no risk, no brainer.
